Non-Performance Form
🔹 Not Performing in the June 6th Recital? Let Us Know Here
Important Reminder:
At Next Step Dance, all enrolled dancers are automatically considered part of the NSD26 Recital. This means we assume your dancer will be performing, will be measured for a costume, and will be included in recital routines and literature—unless we hear otherwise from you.
If your dancer will not be performing in the recital, it is your responsibility to let us know by submitting this form. This is the only way to ensure your account, our recital plans, and our printed program accurately reflect your dancer’s status.
We know that not every dancer will be able to join us on stage—and that’s okay. Whether it’s due to travel, family commitments, or other scheduling conflicts, we’re here to support you.
In the past, we’ve accepted recital opt-outs via email, but with our growing community, we’ve moved to a more reliable system. Starting this season, all non-performance requests must be submitted through this form.
This ensures:
Your dancer is not charged for a recital costume or performance-related fees
They are accurately removed from recital routines and materials
Our team can plan ahead and support teachers and families with clear, consistent info
Important Details:
The deadline to submit this form is March 1st
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your submission
After March 1st, all enrolled dancers will be considered committed to the recital and responsible for all associated fees
We love having your dancer in class and appreciate you helping us keep things running smoothly for everyone involved.
📩 If your dancer will not be performing this year, please complete the form below no later than March 1st.
